Terms of Service

1. Services
Website development, WhatsApp automation, monthly maintenance, SEO services.
2. Payment
Setup fees due before work begins. Monthly fees due in advance. M-Pesa and bank transfer accepted.
3. Refunds
Setup fees non-refundable after work begins. Monthly fees can be paused but not refunded.
4. Intellectual Property
Client owns final website content and design. AngazaDesk retains rights to reusable code and frameworks.
5. Termination
Either party can terminate monthly services with 30 days notice. Setup fee work continues until delivery or mutual agreement.
6. Limitations
AngazaDesk not liable for third-party service failures (WhatsApp API, M-Pesa, hosting providers). Best effort support guaranteed.
7. Changes
Terms may be updated with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
